Domiciliation Assistant (CDI)

We are looking for a Domiciliation Assistant to give support to our Domiciliation team.

As Domiciliation Assistant, your main responsibilities will be:

• Assist in the compilation of board packs and preparation of Domiciliation reports
• Support in the follow-up and coordination of the signature of legal and corporate documents
• Filing of the legal and administrative documents in the company’s database
• Provide day-to-day support to the Domiciliation team in administrative and corporate tasks
• Contribute to the collection and update of client documentation (e.g., KYC/AML where applicable)

Qualifications and experience

• Minimum Bac in preferably administration or law
• Experience in a similar role would be valued but it is not necessary
• Fluent in written and spoken English is a pre-requisite. Any other European language is a plus
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
