Job Summary

Join our friendly and fast-paced Domino’s team as a Delivery Driver and help us deliver great food and excellent customer service to our local community.

As a Delivery Driver, you’ll be responsible for delivering customers’ orders safely, promptly and professionally, while providing a friendly service at the door. You’ll work independently on the road while also being an important part of the store team.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely deliver Domino’s orders to customers in a timely manner.
• Use GPS, maps and navigation apps to find addresses efficiently.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service at every delivery.
• Check orders before leaving the store to help ensure they are delivered accurately.
• Handle food and customer orders carefully so they arrive in excellent condition.
• Follow all company procedures relating to driving, food safety, customer service and deliveries.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.
• Communicate effectively with the store team and report any delivery issues promptly.
• Assist with general store duties when required.

What We’re Looking For

• A valid UK, EU And IN driving licence and a safe driving record.
• Reliable, responsible and punctual.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Good knowledge of local roads is helpful.
• Comfortable using GPS and mobile navigation apps.
• Previous delivery or driving experience is preferred but full training can be provided.
• A positive attitude and willingness to work in a busy, fast-paced environment.
