What You’ll Do (Your Role as a "Treasure Hunter"):

• Receive Donations: Greet our donors and customers, accept and unload donations.
• Discover & Sort: Act as a treasure hunter! Unbox, inspect, and evaluate incoming donations for quality and saleability.
• Maintain Backroom Standards: Keep intake and processing areas clean, safe, and well-organized.
• Be a team player: Assist with other duties as assigned and as needed.
• Room for growth: As we look to open our second resale store in 2027, we have great opportunities for cross training and growth in responsibility and pay.

What We’re Looking For:

• Mission-Inspired Heart: A big heart, helping hands, strong work ethic, and a passion for supporting our community mission.
• Physical Readiness: Ability to stand, bend, reach, and regularly lift/move donation boxes and bags (up to 40–50 lbs).
• Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent,
• Valid driver’s license,
• Ability to work at least 2 Saturday’s per month
• Successful completion of a background check & drug screen.

Pay: $11.00 - $12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 per week
