Job Summary

The Donor Relations Associate will play a key role in fostering relationships with individual donors, corporate partners, and grant funders. This position will focus on donor engagement, stewardship, research, and cultivation to ensure ongoing support for Foster Love’s mission. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, donor-focused, and passionate about building meaningful relationships that drive impact.

Key ResponsibilitiesDonor Engagement & Stewardship

• Manage a core list of individual donors, including monthly donors.
• Support the Development team’s plan to cultivate and steward donor relationships, enhancing retention and engagement through personalized thank-you notes, impact reports, donor spotlights, and recognition efforts.
• Conduct personalized outreach and virtual/in-person meetings to engage new, existing, lapsed, and recurring donors
• Support donor events, tours, and other engagement activities.
• Assist in managing and tracking monthly sustainer programs and other reporting, as assigned.
• Maintain CRM documenting all donor interactions including correspondence, phone calls, and gift acknowledgements.

Research & Prospect Development

• Conduct prospect research on individual donors, corporate funders, and grant funders.
• Support corporate donor engagement efforts, including outreach, cultivation, and stewardship.
• Maintain accurate donor and prospect records in the CRM.

Job Type: Full-time

Hours/Shift: Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 3:30 pm

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
