Donor Relations Coordinator

Hourly pay range: $23.68 min. - $34.34 max.

The Donor Relations Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and managing key operational, donor engagement, stewardship, fundraising, and communication functions of the Redlands Community Hospital Foundation. The position exercises independent judgment in establishing priorities, coordinating initiatives, resolving donor and operational matters, and making day-to-day decisions that support the Foundation’s philanthropic goals. Responsibilities include oversight of donor database and gift administration, donor stewardship and recognition, annual giving initiatives, fundraising and stewardship events, sponsorship development, donor communications, financial reconciliation, and Board and committee support. The Coordinator leads the planning and execution of Foundation events and collaborates with Foundation leadership and Marketing to develop donor communications, impact reporting, and engagement strategies. Serving as a key point of contact for donors, corporate partners, board members, volunteers, and vendors, the Coordinator works with a high degree of accountability, discretion, and autonomy while ensuring Foundation activities are carried out accurately, professionally, and in alignment with organizational priorities and philanthropic best practices.

EDUCATION/TRAINING/ EXPERIENCE:

1. Bachelor's degree in related field desired.

2. Two (2) years of experience in fundraising or a similar field required

3. One (1) year of experience in a hospital or healthcare environment preferred.

4. Knowledge of constituent databases, wealth screening and direct mail best practices.

5. Two (2) years of experience with fundraising events, donor stewardship events preferred

CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES:

1. Valid CA driver's license and auto insurance required for field work.
