Donor Servicing Specialist

Pay: ₱19,000.00 - ₱20,000.00 per month

Job Title: Donor Relations Specialist

Location: Alabang Muntinlupa City

Salary: 19,000.00 - PHP 20,000.00

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact lapsed or inactive donors through calls, emails, and other communication platforms to reactivate the support.
• Execute donor recovery campaigns to win back support in collaboration with Donor Journey Officer.
• Build and sustain relationships with recovered and existing donors.
• Encourage donors to upgrade donations.
• Respond promptly to donor inquiries across all channels.
• Provide clear, accurate, and compelling information about programs when engaging to donors.
• Prepare regular reports on recovery, retention, and engagement metrics.
• Process donation-related requests (updates, cancellations, reactivations).
• Monitor assigned inboxes and ensure timely resolution.
• Follow approved scripts and standard operating procedures.
• Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in all donor interactions
• Undertake any other reasonable task that the DRU Head sees fit for the smooth operation of the department

Qualifications:

• Must be a graduate of a 4-year college course, preferably in in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, or a related field.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in cold calling, telemarketing, customer service, sales, or account management.
• Experience in the NGO, non-profit, or fundraising sector is an advantage.
• Excellent command of both English and Filipino languages (spoken and written)
• Willing to work on weekends and extended hours as needed.

Work Location: In person
