Donor Support Representative

Main Duties/Responsibilities:

• Interact with donors or potential donors via incoming calls, outbound calls, and email using the appropriate charity greeting

• Interact with vendor regarding status of a vehicle donation or title issues

• Create and update donation records in the CARS database with the highest level of accuracy

• Consult available resources and inform donors of local DMV regulations

• Schedule vehicles for pickup, when appropriate

• Monitor and manage database records that require follow-up with a donor or vendor.

• Perform additional tasks as requested by management

• At least one year of customer service or call center experience preferred.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly.

• Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

• Bilingual

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
