Job Description

As a Donut Baker at Matt & Nat Bakery, you will be responsible for preparing, baking and decorating a variety of donuts. You will work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that our donuts meet the highest standards of quality and taste. This role requires attention to detail, creativity and a passion for baking.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake a wide variety of donuts, including yeast-raised, cake and specialty varieties
• Decorate donuts with glazes, icings, sprinkles and other toppings
• Follow recipes and ensure consistency in taste and appearance
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to Food Safety standards

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a baker, preferably with a focus on donuts
• Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients
• Ability to work well with others and be a team player
• Ability to Work afternoon shifts. 2 pm – 10 pm
• Excellent attention to detail and creativity
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Good Communication Skills
• Must be able to lift, move, carry up to 70lbs.
• Must have legal working status in the U.S.
• Must be able to pass a drug screening
