Position: Donut Engineer (Donut Decorator)
Location: 5702 Riverside Dr., Chino, CA
Job Type: Part-time
Schedule: 4:30 AM – 10:00 AM
Pay: $17.50 – $18.50 per hour, plus tips

What You'll Do

• Glaze, ice, and decorate donuts and mochi donuts to Painted Dough recipe and presentation standards
• Use piping, dipping, drizzling, and topping techniques to create clean, consistent, eye-catching designs
• Bring seasonal, holiday, and limited-time designs to life
• Complete custom and large orders accurately and on time
• Check every donut against our quality standard before it reaches the case
• Keep the decorating station clean, organized, and stocked
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
• Work with the kitchen and front-of-house team to keep the case full and service smooth

What We're Looking For

✔ Steady hands and patience for precise, repeatable work
✔ Ability to work quickly in a fast-paced kitchen without sacrificing quality
✔ Reliable and punctual, with availability for 4:30 AM start times
✔ Team player who takes ownership and pride in their work
✔ Bakery, pastry, cake, or decorating experience is a plus. We'll train you on our methods.

Requirements

• Must be able to stand for extended periods and work in a kitchen environment
• Must obtain a California Food Handler Card within 30 days of hire
