Donut Maker/Cashier

Duties

• Prepare and mix dough according to established recipes while adhering to food safety standards.
• Shape, fry, and glaze donuts with precision and creativity.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the work area, including equipment and utensils.
• Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Assist customers with their orders, providing excellent service and product knowledge.
• Utilize basic math skills for measuring ingredients and processing payments.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient production and service flow.
• Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, reporting any shortages.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a café, restaurant, or grocery store environment is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of food safety practices is essential.
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately.
• Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and handling cash transactions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
• A positive attitude, teamwork mentality, and willingness to help others are crucial for success in this role.

Pay: $9.00 - $10.00 per hour
