Door Greeter

We’re looking for a friendly, dependable, and attentive Door Greeter to provide customers with a welcoming experience as they enter and leave the store. This position is an important part of our customer service team and helps maintain a safe, organized, and positive store environment.

Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet and welcome customers as they enter the store
• Thank customers as they leave
• Check customer receipts as they exit the store in accordance with store procedures
• Compare receipts with merchandise when applicable and professionally address any discrepancies according to company policy
• Provide directions and help customers locate departments or merchandise
• Answer basic questions and direct customers to the appropriate team member when needed
• Remain attentive to activity around the entrance and exit
• Communicate concerns or unusual activity to management
• Keep the entrance, exit, and surrounding areas clean and organized
• Assist with shopping carts and baskets when needed
• Help maintain a smooth flow of customers entering and exiting the store
• Follow all company customer service, safety, and lossprevention procedures
