Duties

• Welcome guests and verify tickets or credentials efficiently to facilitate smooth entry.
• Check ID for age verification.
• Respond promptly to any incidents or conflicts, utilizing conflict management skills to de-escalate situations
• Welcome guests and mare them aware of events that are occurring.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of surveillance systems such as CCTV and loss prevention techniques is a plus
• Certification in first aid and CPR is preferred; willingness to obtain if not already certified
• Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible hours in a lively environment
• Excellent communication skills with a professional demeanor
