As a Door Supervisor with Ei Security, you'll be a crucial part of ensuring public safety and providing excellent front-line service.

About the Role:

As a Door Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

• Maintaining a safe and secure environment for all patrons and staff.
• Controlling entry and exit points, ensuring only authorised individuals gain access.
• Conducting ID checks and managing queues efficiently.
• Preventing and de-escalating conflicts and dealing with challenging situations professionally.
• Responding to incidents and emergencies promptly and effectively.
• Working collaboratively with venue staff and other security personnel.
• Upholding licensing objectives and company policies at all times.
• Providing a visible and reassuring presence, offering assistance and information when needed.

What We're Looking For:

• Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence (essential).
• Previous experience as a Door Supervisor is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong observation and problem-solving abilities.
• A calm and professional demeanor under pressure.
• Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
