Join our team as a Door Supervisor to ensure the safety and security of our premises. As a Door Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe environment for customers and staff, providing exceptional customer service, and responding effectively to any incidents that may occur.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular security checks of the premises to identify and address any potential security risks.
• Provide first aid assistance promptly and effectively when required.
• Act as a visible deterrent to prevent security breaches and maintain order.
• Handle disturbances or conflicts in a calm and professional manner to ensure the safety of individuals on the premises.
• Collaborate with local authorities as needed to address security concerns.
• Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft and protect assets.

Qualifications:

• Possess a valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence.
• Demonstrated experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers, staff, and authorities.
• Ability to remain composed under pressure and make quick decisions in challenging situations.
• Knowledge of first aid procedures is preferred.
