Salary: £14.50 – £15.00 per hour

Schedule: Friday & Saturday nights (Required), plus midweek shifts and potential Sunday shifts available

We are looking for experienced, reliable, and professional Door Supervisors for part-time work across venues in Birmingham. While Friday and Saturday nights are essential, we have extra midweek and Sunday hours available for guards looking to maximize their work.

Key Responsibilities

• Access Control & Customer Service: Greeting patrons warmly, managing venue entry, checking IDs, and enforcing venue capacity limits.
• Conflict De-escalation: Monitoring customer behavior, managing tense situations calmly and professionally, and defusing potential conflicts before they escalate.
• Safety & Compliance: Conducting searches, maintaining incident logs accurately, keeping emergency exits clear, and adhering to venue licensing laws.
• Teamwork & Liaison: Working closely with venue management, head doormen, and emergency services when required.
