Door-to-Door Sales Representative

The Shine Guys is looking for motivated, outgoing Door-to-Door Sales Representatives to help grow our residential and commercial window cleaning business.

As a Sales Rep, you’ll go door-to-door in assigned neighborhoods, speak with homeowners and businesses, explain our window cleaning services, provide quotes, and close new customers.

What You’ll Do

• Knock doors and speak with potential customers
• Generate and close new window cleaning jobs
• Explain our services, pricing, and current offers
• Collect customer information and schedule jobs
• Work independently while representing The Shine Guys professionally
• Meet weekly sales goals

What We’re Looking For

• Confident and comfortable talking to new people
• Motivated by commission and performance
• Strong communication and people skills
• Reliable and professional
• Sales or door-to-door experience is a plus, but not required
• Willing to learn our sales process and improve

Compensation
This is a commission-based sales position with strong earning potential. The more you sell, the more you earn. Top-performing representatives may qualify for increased commission rates and additional opportunities within the company.

Training and sales scripts are provided. This is a great opportunity for someone who is competitive, self-motivated, and wants to build real sales experience while earning based on performance.

Pay: $150.00 - $5,000.00 per week
