Job Purpose

To create an excellent first impression by welcoming guests, managing the hotel entrance, assisting with arrivals and departures, and ensuring a courteous, seamless, and professional guest experience in line with hotel service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome arriving and departing guests warmly and professionally.
• Open and hold doors for guests, ensuring a courteous and personalised welcome.
• Assist guests with luggage and coordinate with the Bell Desk team as required.
• Coordinate with the Concierge, Front Office, and Security teams for smooth guest arrivals and departures.
• Arrange taxis and other transportation facilities for guests when required.
• Assist elderly guests, children, and guests requiring special assistance.
• Provide accurate information about hotel facilities, restaurants, and services.
• Maintain the cleanliness, appearance, and organisation of the hotel entrance and porch area.
• Monitor guest movement at the entrance and promptly report any suspicious activity to Security.
• Ensure professional grooming, punctuality, and adherence to hotel SOPs and service standards.
• Handle guest requests and concerns courteously and escalate issues to the concerned department when necessary.
• Perform additional duties assigned by the reporting manager to support hotel operations.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum qualification: 10th or 12th pass; hospitality-related training is an advantage.
• 4–5 years of experience in a similar role within a hotel or premium hospitality establishment.
• Previous experience in a luxury or upscale hotel is preferred.

• Maintain high standards of presentation at the hotel entrance.
• Ensure prompt assistance and seamless coordination with the Front Office team.
• Uphold hotel service standards and contribute to guest satisfaction.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
