Responsibilities

• Greet and assist residents, visitors, and vendors with professionalism and courtesy.
• Control access using advanced access control systems, verifying identities and authorizations.
• Conduct regular patrols of the property, including entrances, exits, hallways, and common areas to ensure safety.
• Monitor CCTV surveillance footage continuously for suspicious activity or security breaches.
• Respond promptly to emergency situations by following established procedures such as first aid, CPR, AED operation, or fire safety protocols.
• Write detailed incident reports documenting any security concerns or incidents encountered during shifts.
• Perform background checks on visitors or contractors when necessary and enforce compliance with security regulations.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of surveillance technology including CCTV systems and access control mechanisms.
• Experience in law enforcement, military service, or security roles with a focus on physical security measures.
• Certified in first aid, CPR, AED operation, and emergency response procedures.
• Ability to handle heavy lifting and perform manual handling tasks safely.
• Skilled in conflict de-escalation techniques and conflict management to maintain a peaceful environment.
• Familiarity with incident report writing and maintaining accurate security logs.
• Proficient in performing background checks and ensuring compliance with security policies.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly yet authoritative demeanor.
