Dorm Matron

Responsible for the overall supervision, cleanliness, safety, and orderly operation of the dormitory while ensuring residents follow established rules and regulations.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Monitor residents’ attendance, entry/exit, and overnight passes.
• Conduct regular room and facility inspections.
• Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and orderliness of the dormitory.
• Maintain logbooks, records, and incident reports.
• Address resident concerns and report violations or incidents to management.
• Coordinate with Security regarding dormitory safety and security matters.
• Ensure proper use and care of dormitory facilities.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
