Dormitory Operations Executive

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the dormitory to ensure smooth operations and safety.
• Enforce dormitory policies, operational procedures, and compliance requirements
• Coordinate resident check-in/check-out, accommodation arrangements, and occupancy records
• Liaise with government authorities, contractors, and service providers on operational and maintenance matters
• Supervise security, cleaning, maintenance teams, and vendor performance
• Conduct routine inspections to maintain cleanliness, safety, and operational standards
• Respond to incidents, emergencies, and resident-related issues, and ensure timely resolution
• Prepare operational and incident reports and maintain proper documentation
• Support operational coordination during emergencies, outbreaks, or contingency situations
• Perform other operational duties assigned by management
