工作職責：

– 統籌及管理學生宿舍的日常運作，包括行政、人事及財務工作

– 配合宿舍團隊，處理學生個案及支援家長溝通

– 制定及推行年度發展計劃，持續改善服務與宿舍質素

– 執行上級指派的其他相關工作

申請資格：

– 中學或以上學歷，大專學歷優先

– 曾從事學生事務、教育、行政或宿舍管理經驗者優先

– 曾接待學生家長，處理溝通與協調事務者佳

– 熟悉教育或輔導相關工作流程者優先考慮

– 能以中英文書寫，操流利廣東話、普通話和英文優先考慮

– 熟練中文微軟Office、電腦應用及中英文打字

We are seeking passionate and responsible talent to join our professional team. You will work with us to care for students’ holistic development and enhance the quality of dormitory management and educational services.

Key Responsibilities：

• ⁠ ⁠Oversee and manage the daily operations of the student dormitory, including administrative, human resources, and financial matters.

• ⁠ ⁠Cooperate with the dormitory team, handle student cases, and support communication with parents.

• ⁠ ⁠Formulate and implement annual development plans to continuously improve service quality and dormitory environment.

• ⁠ ⁠Carry out any other related duties as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements：

• ⁠ ⁠Secondary education required; Diploma/Degree preferred.

• ⁠ ⁠Prior experience in student affairs, education, administration, or dormitory management at education institutions is an advantage.

• ⁠ ⁠Experience in receiving parents and handling communication and coordination matters is preferred.

• ⁠ ⁠Familiarity with education or counselling-related workflows is a plus.

• ⁠ ⁠Good written skills in Chinese and English; fluent Cantonese, Putonghua and English is preferred..

• ⁠ ⁠Proficient in using Chinese MS Office, general computer applications, and Chinese and English word processing.
