• Managing IT Staff based on performance and communicating job expectations
• Monitoring daily operations, Including Server hardware, Software and operating System
• Coordinating technology installation upgrades and maintenance
• Ensure Security of data network access and backup system
• Identify problematic area and implement strategic solution in time.
• Testing, troubleshooting and modify Software System
• Design and develop new software modules based on requirements.
