Role & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web/mobile/software applications.
• Write clean, efficient, reusable, and maintainable code following industry best practices.
• Understand business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders.
• Develop and integrate REST APIs and third-party services.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve application bugs and performance issues.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development standards.
• Perform unit testing, debugging, and application optimization.
• Maintain proper technical documentation and development guidelines.
• Stay updated with modern technologies, frameworks, and software development practices.
• Take ownership of assigned modules and deliver tasks within agreed timelines.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Bachelors degree/diploma in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong programming and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Hands-on experience with relevant development technologies and frameworks.
• Good understanding of databases, SQL, APIs, and application architecture.
• Ability to understand requirements and convert them into practical solutions.
• Good debugging and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Self-motivated, responsible, and willing to learn new technologies.
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
• Candidates who have experience in BFSI, Banking, Insurance, AMC, or Financial Services applications will be preferred.
