Dot Net Developer

C#/.NET Developer Full Stack

We are looking for a C#/.NET Developer with Python, Frontend, and AI/GenAI experience to work on an enterprise software product.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain applications using C# and .NET.
• Develop backend APIs and services using Python.
• Develop and maintain frontend features using React.js / JavaScript / TypeScript.
• Integrate frontend, backend, third-party APIs, and external services.
• Build and integrate AI/Generative AI features into applications.
• Work on performance-sensitive, concurrent, and real-time components.
• Troubleshoot production issues across backend, frontend, and integrations.
• Improve application performance, reliability, and maintainability.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and technical discussions.
• Understand existing architecture before implementing changes.

Required Skills

C# / .NET

• Strong hands-on experience with C# and modern .NET / .NET Core.
• Strong OOP and software design fundamentals.
• Experience with REST APIs and backend services.
• Good understanding of async/await, multithreading, and concurrency.
• Strong debugging and performance troubleshooting skills.
• Understanding of memory and resource management.

Python

• Hands-on experience with Python.
• Experience with FastAPI, Flask, Django, or similar frameworks.
• Experience developing and integrating REST APIs.
• Understanding of asynchronous Python programming.

Frontend

• Experience with React.js or similar frontend frameworks.
• Good knowledge of JavaScript / TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience integrating frontend applications with backend APIs.
• Strong browser and API debugging skills.

AI / Generative AI

• Practical knowledge of Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Experience integrating LLM APIs into applications.
• Understanding of prompt/context engineering.
• Knowledge of RAG, embeddings, semantic search, and vector databases.
• Understanding of tool/function calling and AI agents.
• Experience or understanding of streaming/real-time AI responses.
• Awareness of LLM issues such as hallucination, latency, token usage, and cost.
• Basic understanding of AI evaluation, security, guardrails, and data privacy.

Additional Skills

• Relational databases and SQL.
• PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or similar databases.
• Git and version-control workflows.
• Authentication and authorization.
• Application logging and monitoring.
• Configuration and environment management.
• REST APIs and third-party integrations.

Good to Have

• Experience with Azure OpenAI, OpenAI APIs, Microsoft Foundry, or similar platforms.
• Experience with Semantic Kernel, Microsoft Agent Framework, LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks.
• Knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP).
• Experience with real-time, event-driven, WebSocket, or streaming applications.
• Experience with speech, transcription, NLP, sentiment analysis, or summarization.
• Experience with Azure or AWS.
• Experience with distributed systems and enterprise applications.
• Understanding of CI/CD and deployment processes.

Candidate Profile

• Strong C#/.NET fundamentals.
• Comfortable working across C#, Python, Frontend, and AI components.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Able to work with an existing production codebase.
• Focused on performance, stability, security, and maintainability.
• Able to independently learn and apply relevant new AI and software technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3–6 years of relevant software development experience.
• Strong professional C#/.NET experience is mandatory.
• Python and frontend experience preferred.
• Practical exposure to AI/GenAI application development preferred.
