Dot Net Developer Lead

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Lead a team of .NET developers to design, develop, test, deploy and maintain complex software applications for healthcare domain using Azure services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure high-quality code reviews, testing, and deployment processes are followed by the team members.
• Provide guidance on best practices for coding standards, debugging techniques, and troubleshooting methods.

Job Requirements :

• 10-15 years of experience in .NET development with expertise in Azure Service Cloud.
• Strong understanding of healthcare domain knowledge or experience working on projects related to medical imaging or pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven track record of leading teams of developers as an architect or senior engineer role.
