Dot Net Fullstack Developer

Role & responsibilities

Required Skills:

• 5-12 years of software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with .NET / C# / ASP.NET Core / Web API / Entity Framework Core.
• Experience with React, Angular, or Blazor.
• Strong experience with AWS.
• Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
• Strong SQL Server or PostgreSQL experience.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
• Knowledge of SOLID principles, Clean Architecture, CQRS, Repository and Mediator patterns.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum and distributed teams.

Healthcare Domain Expertise

Strong experience in US Healthcare Provider domain is preferred, including:

• Provider Credentialing
• Provider Directory
• Provider Network Management
• Provider Roster Management
• Provider-Payer Contracting
• Healthcare Data Exchange

Experience with healthcare interoperability standards such as:

• FHIR R4 / Provider Directory APIs
• HL7 v2
• X12 / EDI 270/271, 837P
• CAQH / PECOS integrations

AI-Assisted Engineering

Hands-on experience using AI-assisted development tools such as:

• GitHub Copilot
• Claude Code
• Cursor
• Other equivalent AI coding assistants
