Dot Net Technical Lead

Role & responsibilities

• Provide technical direction and leadership to the development team.
• Own solution design, architecture decisions, and coding standards.
• Review code, ensure best practices, and enforce quality standards.
• Mentor team members and support skill development.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and architects to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Identify technical risks and drive mitigation strategies.
• Ensure timely delivery and adherence to project timelines.

Hands-on Development

• Actively contribute to development using Angular (front-end) and .NET (back-end).
• Design and develop scalable, high-quality, and performant applications.
• Participate in debugging, performance tuning, and production support as needed.
• Support integration with databases, APIs, and third-party systems.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong hands-on experience with Angular (latest versions preferred).
• Strong expertise in .NET / .NET Core / ASP.NET Web API.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and integration patterns.
• Proficiency in SQL Server or other relational databases.
• Solid understanding of design patterns, SOLID principles, and clean architecture.
• Experience with code reviews, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
• Proven experience leading technical teams or acting as a Tech Lead.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Azure / AWS cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments.
• Exposure to performance optimization and security best practices.
