Dotnet Core Lead ( Only Bangalore based )

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive end-to-end solution architecturefrom design and implementation through production deployment and ongoing evolution
• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performance designs (trade-offs, risks, and estimates clearly articulated)
• Lead technical discoveries and solve complex engineering problems across services, data, and integrations
• Define and enforce architecture standards, design patterns, coding guidelines, and engineering guardrails (reviews, checklists)
• Ensure systems meet quality attributes: scalability, resilience, maintainability, performance, and security
• Drive adoption of modern engineering practices (cloud-native, DevSecOps, automation, observability) and continuous improvement
• Mentor engineers, setting clear technical direction, raising the bar on design/code quality, and enabling career growth
• Coordinate with Product, DevOps/SRE, QA, and Security to plan and execute delivery (milestones, dependencies, and risk management)
• Participate in design reviews, drive alignment across teams, and communicate trade-offs and decisions to stakeholders
• Remain hands-on: contribute to design and implementation, unblock the team, and take ownership of critical components.

Required Qualifications

• 5-8 years of professional software development experience
• Strong communication skills to align stakeholders, document decisions, and influence technical direction across teams
• Strong expertise in .NET Core
• Experience in microservices architecture and distributed systems
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and event-driven architectures
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (GitLab preferred) and AWS

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with message brokers such as RabbitMQ or Kafka
• Knowledge of observability tools (logging, monitoring, tracing)
• Exposure to domain-driven design (DDD)
• Basic understanding of AI concepts and ability to evaluate AI-driven solutions
