📌 Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior .NET Software Developer to support a large-scale modernization initiative involving critical benefit systems, including Disability Insurance and Paid Family Leave .

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, Microsoft SQL Server, APIs, Web Services, Microservices, and Azure DevOps , along with the ability to perform complex software analysis and development.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Perform senior-level software analysis, design, development, testing, and troubleshooting .
• Develop and maintain enterprise applications using C#, ASP.NET 4.7+ and .NET Core .
• Design and develop robust backend solutions using Microsoft SQL Server 2016+ .
• Work with SSIS and SSRS for data integration, ETL, reporting, and business intelligence requirements.
• Develop, integrate, consume, and troubleshoot Web Services, REST APIs, and Microservices .
• Participate in application modernization and system integration initiatives.
• Collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and project teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Use Azure DevOps for source control, build/release processes, work tracking, and CI/CD activities.
• Work with Visual Studio 2017+ for application development and debugging.
• Analyze complex technical issues and provide effective, maintainable solutions.
