Job Title: Backend/API DeveloperDesignation: Delivery Project Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Backend/API Developer with a strong focus on .NET Microservices to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing and implementing RESTful APIs from scratch, utilizing Domain Driven Design and clean architecture principles. This role requires a deep understanding of Agile methodologies, cloud technologies, performance tuning, and security best practices. The candidate should also be familiar with SOLID principles, PL/SQL, and have experience in AI applications.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance backend services using .NET Microservices.
• Create and implement RESTful APIs, ensuring they are robust, secure, and efficient.
• Apply Domain Driven Design and clean architecture principles to enhance system design and maintainability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Conduct performance tuning and optimization of existing applications to improve efficiency.
• Identify and resolve security vulnerabilities in the application architecture and codebase.
• Implement SOLID principles in software design to ensure code quality and maintainability.
• Utilize PL/SQL for database interactions and ensure data integrity and performance.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in AI and integrate relevant technologies into backend solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Lead a team of 6 to 8 developers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support in technical and project-related matters.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong expertise in .NET Microservices.
• Proven experience in designing RESTful APIs from scratch.
• Deep understanding of Domain Driven Design and clean architecture.
• Experience working in Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies and services.
• Knowledge of performance tuning techniques.
• Ability to identify and resolve security vulnerabilities.
• Solid understanding of SOLID principles.
• Experience with PL/SQL.
• Exposure to AI technologies and applications.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of additional programming languages such as Java or Python.
• Experience with microservices orchestration and management.
• Understanding of message brokers and event-driven architecture.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in .NET or cloud technologies are a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
