Dotnet Technical Manager

We are looking for an experienced .NET Technical Manager with minimum experience of 13 to 18 years with strong hands-on technical expertise in C#, ASP.NET Core, Microservices, Entity Framework, and SQL Server. The role involves providing technical leadership to development teams, driving architecture and design decisions, ensuring high-quality software delivery, and collaborating closely with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams.

Role & responsibilities

Key Skills:

• C#, ASP.NET Core, .NET 6/7/8+
• Microservices Architecture & REST APIs
• Entity Framework / Entity Framework Core
• SQL Server complex queries, stored procedures, joins, indexing, query optimization & performance tuning
• Object-Oriented Programming, SOLID principles & Design Patterns
• Application architecture, system design, scalability & performance
• Technical leadership, code reviews, mentoring and team management
• Agile/Scrum and enterprise application development
• This role is 60% technical and 40% people management

Preferred candidate profile

• Azure / AWS cloud experience
• Docker & Kubernetes
• CI/CD Azure DevOps, Jenkins or GitHub Actions
• Kafka, RabbitMQ or Azure Service Bus
• Redis / caching technologies
• Unit testing – xUnit, NUnit, Moq
• OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, JWT & API security
• Application monitoring and observability
• Banking/Financial Services

Work Location - Hyderabad

Work Mode - 5 Days WFO
