Duties

• Prepare and mix doughs according to established recipes, ensuring proper texture and flavor.
• Operate kitchen equipment such as mixers, ovens, and dough sheeters safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety standards at all times.
• Measure ingredients accurately using basic math skills to ensure recipe consistency.
• Package baked goods carefully for storage or customer orders, ensuring product integrity.
• Follow food handling protocols diligently to maintain a hygienic environment and comply with food safety regulations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in food production, baking, or pastry preparation, with a focus on dough making.
• Strong knife skills and familiarity with operating kitchen equipment related to baking.
• Knowledge of food safety management practices and proper food handling procedures.
• Ability to work efficiently in high-volume production settings while maintaining quality standards.
• Excellent attention to detail for recipe adherence and product consistency.
• Good communication skills and a customer service-oriented mindset when interacting with team members or customers.
• Prior catering or bakery experience is a plus but not mandatory; enthusiasm for learning is essential.
• Required to life over 50lbs
• Required to be over the age of 18

Pay: $9.00 - $12.00 per hour
