About the Position

Del Carmen’s Pizza is looking for a dependable, hardworking, and motivated individual to join our team as a Part-Time Dough Maker/Roller!

This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced environment. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, pays attention to detail, and understands the importance of showing up on time and getting the job done efficiently.

Job Responsibilities

●* Prepare and make fresh pizza dough according to established recipes and procedures.*

●* Roll and portion dough to ensure consistent sizes and quality.*

●* Keep up with daily production needs in a fast-paced environment.*

●* Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace.*

●* Follow food safety and cleanliness guidelines.*

●* Assist with other prep tasks as needed.*

Qualifications

●* Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.*

●* Able to work efficiently and maintain a steady pace.*

●* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically active environment.*

●* Able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.*

●* Able to lift and handle bags of ingredients and other supplies as needed.*

●* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.*

●* Able to work independently while being a team player.*

●* Previous kitchen or food preparation experience is a plus, but not required. We are willing to train the right person!*

We need someone who is motivated, dependable, and ready to work. This position requires someone who can stay focused, manage their time, and keep production moving without constant supervision.

This is an active, hands-on job, not a position for someone who wants to stand around waiting for the next task! We’re looking for someone who takes initiative and understands that consistency and hard work make a difference.
