Red Kite Recruiting is a boutique executive search firm specializing in the nationwide placement of professionals within the food manufacturing industry.

What You'll Gain:

Structured Recruiting Academy

Begin with an intensive eight-week training program designed to develop the foundational skills of a full-cycle, 360-degree recruiter.

Through Next Level Exchange, you'll participate in professional training that includes live instruction, role-playing, sales techniques, candidate engagement, business development, and recruiting best practices.

Hands-On Experience and Mentorship

You'll work alongside experienced recruiters, receive guidance from a dedicated team mentor, and apply your training to real-world recruiting projects.

Exposure to Multiple Career Paths

Develop transferable skills in executive recruiting, sales, business development, research, relationship management, and client engagement.

What You'll Learn and Do:

Recruiting Research and Talent Sourcing | 25%

• Identify and research prospective candidates and target companies.
• Learn to leverage LinkedIn, applicant tracking systems, and recruiting technology.
• Develop market intelligence and talent pipelines.

Business Development | 30%

• Learn consultative sales and relationship-building techniques.
• Participate in coached business development outreach.
• Develop confidence in professional conversations and objection handling.
• Learn how to identify potential clients and business opportunities.

Market Intelligence | 5%

• Research industry trends and competitive landscapes.
• Identify emerging hiring needs and market opportunities while developing an understanding of the food manufacturing industry.

Professional Recruiting Training | 40%

• Complete our structured recruiting academy.
• Participate in live training, role-playing, and coaching.
• Develop skills in interviewing, negotiation, time management, and performance metrics.

Who We're Looking For

You don't need prior recruiting experience. We're looking for the qualities that make military professionals successful:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivation, accountability, and initiative.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.

Experience in leadership, administration, operations, project management, recruiting, or sales is a plus, but not required.

SkillBridge Eligibility and Program Details

• Location: 100% Remote, United States
• Duration: Based on approved SkillBridge participation period, up to 180 days where authorized
• Eligibility: Active-duty transitioning service members who meet SkillBridge requirements and receive command approval
• Compensation: Participants continue receiving military pay and benefits. Red Kite does not provide additional wages during SkillBridge participation.
• Career Potential: Opportunity to be considered for future employment with Red Kite Recruiting, subject to business needs and performance. Employment is not guaranteed.
