Downstream Production Operator – Manufacturing

Role: Downstream Engineer responsible for supporting plastic packaging and recycling operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and optimize downstream equipment on high-speed manufacturing lines to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient production of bottles and closures.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform basic preventive maintenance.
• Collaborate closely with production, maintenance, and quality teams to maintain operational excellence.
• Contribute to continuous improvement, training, and long-term reliability within a safety- and sustainability-focused environment.
