Dozer Operator

Workfast is seeking an experienced Dozer Operator to join a reputable construction company in Bulla. This role offers well above award wages, lots of hours and overtime, and the opportunity for ongoing work in a supportive, safety-focused environment.

You will be working in a leading waste management, resource recovery and material production company.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Operating dozers and compactors on construction sites
• Following site instructions and operating machinery safely
• Contributing to efficient, high-quality project delivery
• Shift options:
  • Night shift: 9:00pm – 6:30am
  • Day shift: 6:00am – 3:00pm

What You Need:

• White Card
• Dozer Ticket
• Minimum 2 years’ experience operating machinery
• Minimum 2 years’ experience on construction sites
• PPE (personal protective equipment)
• Strong work ethic and “can do” attitude
• Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol test
• Drivers licence and own transport to site
