Dozer Operator

This role involves operating heavy equipment such as backhoes, loaders, dozers, and dump trucks to manage salt stacking operations.

Responsibilities include preparing salt stacks, making cuts for salt feeding, monitoring conveyor systems, and completing daily salt movement reports.

Additional duties encompass inspecting, fueling, lubricating, and maintaining equipment to ensure safety and cleanliness.

Candidates must adhere to safety policies, work in varied outdoor conditions, and perform physical tasks like lifting up to 50 lbs and working at heights.

Qualifications include eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship, proficiency in English, basic computer and arithmetic skills, and physical capability for demanding tasks.

Preferred qualifications are a high school diploma or equivalent, experience with mobile equipment, road grading, and light equipment maintenance.

Ideal candidates are adaptable, safety-conscious, and able to work flexible shifts, including overtime, weekends, and holidays.
