Schedule: Monday–Friday | Weekends OFF

Compensation: $62–$65 per hour | Approximately $128,960–$135,200 annually for full-time employment

Position Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and assessments.

Develop individualized treatment plans based on patients' needs and clinical findings.
Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and appropriate rehabilitation interventions.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as clinically indicated.
Supervise and direct Physical Therapist Assistants in accordance with Florida law.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.

Qualifications

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited physical therapy program.

Current, active Florida Physical Therapist license in good standing.
Strong communication, organizational, and patient-care skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
No prior professional experience required. Newly licensed graduates are encouraged to apply!
