What they need
- 軟韌體測試規劃、執行與品質管理：負責 AI / Server / NB / IoT / 5G 等產品之NPI各階段軟韌體測試策略規劃與執行、Test Plan撰寫、資源規劃、風險評估及品質管理，確保專案時程與產品品質。
- 跨部門與客戶溝通：代表 DQA 團隊參與 BU 專案會議，定期向 BU 主管、RD 主管、本部主管及國外客戶報告專案品質狀況，並具備與國外客戶進行英文 Conference Call 及日常溝通之能力。
- 技術領導與流程改善：評估並導入新測試技術及自動化測試方案，持續提升團隊測試效率與品質，並指導團隊成員技術成長。
- 團隊管理：管理 4 人以上測試團隊，負責工作規劃、資源分配、人員培育、績效管理及團隊發展。
