DR Staff

Job Summary

The DR Staff is responsible for handling daily online orders, printing delivery receipts, and assisting with customer inquiries via phone calls and chats. This role also provides friendly back-up support for in-store operations, ensuring a smooth order-taking process.

Key Responsibilities

• Order Processing: Accept and process incoming online orders from the website or other platform backend and print delivery receipts accurately.
• Customer Communication: Answer customer inquiries and handle order details through phone calls and online chat platforms in a polite, professional manner.
• In-Store Support: Assist with front-line store tasks and support team members during peak hours.
• Record Keeping: Maintain simple, neat logs of daily online orders and transactions.

Qualifications & Skills

1. Basic computer skills, including familiarity with online ordering platforms, messaging apps, and MS Office.
2. Good communication skills with a polite, friendly, and approachable attitude.
3. Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable multi-tasking in a retail or food-service environment.
4. High school graduate or relevant work experience in customer service, retail, or administrative support.
