About the Role

Leopard Mark Brewing Company is looking for a reliable, hardworking Delivery Driver / Draft Technician to join our team on a part-time basis. This position is responsible for picking up packaged beer from our warehouse in Wilmington, CA, delivering it to restaurants and accounts throughout the Greater Los Angeles area, and providing hands-on support to ensure our beer is properly handled and served.

In addition to deliveries, this role will assist with packaging beer at the warehouse and perform draft-line cleaning and basic draft-system maintenance at our restaurant accounts.

The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, comfortable working independently, and takes pride in representing a small, growing brewery in the field.

Responsibilities

• Pick up beer and other products from our warehouse in Wilmington, California.
• Safely load, transport, and unload beer for deliveries throughout the Greater Los Angeles area.
• Deliver beer to restaurants, bars, and other brewery accounts in a professional and timely manner.
• Assist with packaging, labeling, organizing, and moving beer at the warehouse.
• Clean and maintain draft beer lines at restaurant accounts according to brewery standards.
• Perform basic draft-system checks and identify potential issues with draft equipment.
• Communicate with restaurant staff and maintain positive relationships with our accounts.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and communicate any delivery issues or account needs to the brewery team.
• Keep the delivery vehicle, equipment, and work areas clean and organized.
• Handle beer kegs and cases safely and responsibly.
• Represent Leopard Mark Brewing Company professionally at all times.
• Follow all applicable safety, transportation, and alcohol-handling requirements.

Qualifications

• Valid California driver's license and a clean, safe driving record.
• Reliable transportation to and from the Wilmington warehouse.
• Comfortable driving throughout the Greater Los Angeles area.
• Able to safely lift and move kegs, cases of beer, and other brewery equipment.
• Comfortable working independently and managing a delivery route.
• Reliable, punctual, and organized.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Willingness to learn proper draft-line cleaning and draft-system maintenance procedures.
• Previous brewery, beverage distribution, restaurant, delivery, or draft-system experience is a plus, but not required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.

Schedule & Physical Requirements

This is a full-time position requiring approximately 5-6 days per week, with delivery schedules varying based on account needs.

The position involves frequent driving, lifting and carrying kegs and cases of beer, loading and unloading the delivery vehicle, standing, bending, and working in restaurant and warehouse environments.

Compensation

Compensation: $18 per hour, depending on experience.
