Drafter (Civil & Structural)

Responsibilites

• Prepare and draft Civil & Structural drawings for private and Public projects
• Submission of drawings to the authorities for approvals
• Coordinates and monitor drawing submission schedule
• Ensure design systems comply with the code with requirements
• Performs other drafting duties as assigned by superior

Requirements

• Diploma in Civil & Structural Engineering or its equivalent and higher
• Experience in BIM Modelling (REVIT/BENLEY BIM /Civil 3D Design) is very advantageous
• Good knowledge in Civil & Structural Engineering design and construction is an added advantage
• Passionate, Team Player and willingness to learn
• Positive work attitude, responsible with good follow-up skill
• Minimum of three (3) years of relevant hands-on drafting experience, specifically within underground utility or infrastructure projects in Singapore.
• Technical Skills: High proficiency in AutoCAD 2D is mandatory.
• Proven experience in utility diversion works and preparing detailed CSDs from PDF service plans.
• Deep understanding of CAD standards, layering conventions, and meticulous drafting practices.
