2. Job Description

. Candidates who are available to commence employment immediately will be given priority

· Skillful in software AutoCAD

. Preferably skillful in REVIT, AutoCAD Civil 3D

· Flexible working hours

3. Responsibilities

Structural Works (RC Structures, Steel Structures, Foundation Works)

AND

Civil Works (Earthwork, Sewer, Road, Drainage & Water)

• Able to read, understand, translate & prepare drawings / designs into detailed shop drawings and construction drawings.
• To check and ensure shop drawings submissions are not misleading and comply with clients' requirements. performs site checking to ensure proper dimension, termination and detail for construction and fabrication.
• To prepare required general arrangement and engineering drawing for the purpose of submission, tender, construction, as-built and etc.
• To check, alter, plot and deliver all required drawings as per Engineer’s instructions.
• Demonstrating working to a high level in producing engineering drawing conforming to certain standard/requirement with MINIMAL supervision.
• Ensure drawings and records are updated, controlled and in placed throughout duration of construction project.
• Coordinate and work closely with Engineers and other draftspersons.
• Report regularly to Superiors on status of tasks given.
• Preparing technical drawings using BIM software skill is advantageous.
