Drafter

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and develop accurate 2D/3D technical drawings based on engineering specifications, designs, and project requirements.
• Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, schematics, and documentation for manufacturing, installation, and project execution.
• Revise and update drawings according to design changes and engineering requirements.
• Ensure all drawings comply with relevant standards, specifications, and company requirements.
• Coordinate with engineers, project teams, production, and other relevant departments to ensure drawing accuracy and timely completion.
• Maintain proper documentation and revision control of drawings.
• Assist in preparing technical documents and other drafting-related tasks as required.

Requirements

• Diploma/Certificate in Drafting, Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Candidates with relevant working experience in drafting will have an added advantage.
• Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of 3D CAD software will be an advantage.
• Able to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Good attention to detail, accuracy, and organisational skills.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Fresh graduates with the relevant qualification are encouraged to apply.
