What they need
Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed technical drawings, plans, and layouts based on specifications from engineers/architects.
- Convert design concepts and sketches into accurate CAD drawings.
- Revise and update drawings according to project changes.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, construction standards, and project specifications.
- Maintain drawing documentation and version control.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Certificate in Drafting, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit/BIM is an added advantage.
- Understanding of construction detailing, standards, and codes.
- Minimum 1–3 years’ drafting experience in construction projects
- Detail-oriented with good teamwork and communication skills.
