Drafter

About the role

As a Drafter at PT Green Structure Industries, you will be responsible for creating detailed architectural drawings and plans to support the company's design and construction projects. You will work on a variety of stimulating projects based in Batam Kota, Riau Islands.

Key responsibilities

• Produce detailed 2D and 3D drawings, plans, and schematics using CAD software
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to interpret design requirements and translate them into technical drawings
• Ensure drawings comply with industry standards, building codes, and client specifications
• Revise and update drawings based on feedback and design changes
• Maintain accurate documentation and project records
• Support the broader design and construction process as needed

About you

• Diploma or degree in architectural drafting or a related design discipline
• Proficient in using AutoCAD and other CAD software
• Strong technical drawing and drafting skills
• Good understanding of building codes, construction methods, and industry standards
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and communicate effectively with stakeholders
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in an architectural drafting or similar design role
• Ability to speak English would be an advantage
