What they need
- Proficient in AutoCAD (2D) and able to draft simple engineering drawing (layout) for internal project and technical document compilation which consist of:-
- Building Plan.
- Mechanical drawing.
- Project Management development.
- Assist in shop drawing, as-builts drawings, and submission drawings.
- Coordinate with engineers, project supervisors, and site teams.
- Assist for on-site measurement for project layout planning.
- Assist to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Assist to develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Assist to monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary.
- Assist to manage project budgets and ensure efficient resource allocation.
- Assist to foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and innovation.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Advanced computer skills i.e. Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point.
- Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Project / Civil background or any related field preferred or experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Able to attend a meeting and assist in ensuring that job site is kept in safe and conducive manner.
- To ensure that assigned tasks are carried out professionally, ethically and in timely manner.
- To perform any other tasks as and when required and instructed by the superior or by the Management.
- To assist in supervision of project work on site.
- Actively seek and share information with high spirit to learn new thing
