Drafter

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Drafter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for translating project specifications into precise technical drawings that form the backbone of our construction/engineering projects. Whether you are an experienced professional or a fresh graduate looking to launch your career, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy, quality, and timely delivery of our design documentation.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Prepare precise technical drawings using software such as AutoCAD.

2. Develop specifications and convert them into accurate technical drawings.

3. Ensure all drawings comply with industry standards and project requirements.

4. Implement drawing revisions promptly based on feedback from engineers.

5. Collaborate with the project team to ensure design consistency and accuracy.

6. Maintain an organized filing system for all drawing assets and project documentation.

7. Check and verify the accuracy of measurements and technical details.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

1. Diploma or Certificate in Drafting, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

2. Experience: 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred; fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.

3. Proficient in using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks).

4. Strong understanding of technical drawings, engineering symbols, and industry standards (construction, mechanical, or electrical).

5. Detail-oriented, organized, and meticulous.

6. Highly motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

7. Good inter-personal and communication skills in oral and written.

8. Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
