Drafter

1.3 Duties & Responsibilities:

• Create and modify detailed 2D and 3D technical drawings based on build-to-print specifications.
• Interpret engineering designs, sketches, and customer requirements to develop accurate drawings.
• Ensure all drawings comply with industry standards, company guidelines, and customer specifications.
• Collaborate with engineers and project teams to resolve design and drafting issues.
• Maintain documentation and version control for all technical drawings and revisions.
• Verify dimensions, materials, and tolerances according to manufacturing and engineering requirements.
• Assist in the preparation of Bills of Materials (BOMs) and other supporting documents.
• Utilize CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or equivalent) for drafting and modeling tasks.
• Ensure timely delivery of drawings and documentation for production and project needs.
• Support quality control and manufacturing teams by providing detailed drawings and clarifications.

·       Perform other job functions deem necessary by management.

1.4 Authorities:

• Approve minor modifications to drawings within project scope.
• Ensure adherence to drafting standards and quality control procedures.
• Recommend improvements in drafting processes and tools.
