What they need
Job Description
Preparation and drafting drawing of Alum and Steel works/ Technical drawings for projects, tender submissions, etc.
Space planning, conceptual design development and detailing
Produce detail drawings and specifications for construction independently
Liaise and coordinate with contractors, suppliers and vendors
Ensure designs/drawings meet relevant code and compliance requirements, and good engineering practices.
Able to do Qty take off and Cutting list
Requirements
Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent
Minimum 3-5 years of work experience in drafting of Alum window and door, Steel works/Technical drawings in architectural, construction related industries.
Must have at least 3 years experience / knowledge of REVIT
Competent in AutoCAD & good knowledge in SolidWorks (3D)
